Club Wyndham Time share for free giveaway!!

Time Share was bought in 2003 and is deeded through Osceola County in Florida at Star Island resort.

The time share is fully paid for and I have the satisfaction of mortgage in my possession.

You will own 128,000 points unfortunately we never bought anymore points nor converted to their new system. You can use you time share ANYWHERE Wyndham is located throughout the world, I just suggest Oct 1st when points become available you decide where you want to go for the next year and book right away because places fill up.

Once the deed is transferred in your name you will take over the monthly maintenance fee of $67.89 (or 814.68 a year) this will be your responsibility once you own the deed free and clear.

We do not use this timeshare anymore as it does not fit us as a family with a pet we cannot take with us, plus the times we vacation and the flex we need with my husbands work schedule do not allow us to use it freely as average people would. This timeshare sits unused year after year and its really a shame that we cannot use it i would like to see someone take it over and be able to use it once again.

Once you are interested and want to own this, I will and get the ball rolling, so the property, the county and the company all know deed ownership is changing. I will also inquire about changing the online account to your name so you can book trips and pay your monthly maintenance bills.

I am seriously considering this. I do have some concerns.

Wyndham transfers typically take three (3) months, and I don’t know if the transfer would happen before Oct 1 to use points timely. That might affect resort availability by time of transfer.

Also, $6.37MF/1k pt is a little high. I like Canterbury at $4.7MF/1k pts.

There is an eBay 154k Wyndham TS selling, with seller paying closing and transfer costs, $890 at the moment. The eBay one is $6.99MF/1k pts.

I presume the seller wants the buyer to cover transfer and closing costs estimated to be $500.

I will pay maintenance fees until the deed is in the buyer's hand then they take over

As for closing costs and deed transfer fees once i find out how much I'd be willing to split the cost (unless under $500 then I'll cover it completely) so if anyone is seriously interested let me know and I'll contact the above site and get the cost #'s.

I understand concerns about not getting the points for next year in time but there are always resorts open to at least try out the 1st year like we did. Plus I'll find out we may have unused points that may be able to be used as well I'm not sure how roll over works or if they even have that option.

Thanks.
