Here is a link to anyone wanting to know more about the new Club Wyndham Bonus Time. (Not to be confused with Worldmark Bonus Time)

A couple weeks ago, my wife wanted to extend her beach trip a couple days because of sunny weather in the forecast. I tried Bonus Time (cash only for the 2 extra nights and it was only $43.16 per night for a 1 BR Suite at Wyn. Majestic Sun. That's a very good deal!

Love the option, but looks like I'm never going to get that upgrade as a bronze VIP then lol. Not that I've ever gotten it anyway lol.

All Club Wyndham ownership tiers can book Bonus Time reservations. (See the link in Post #1 to confirm)

Bonus time would be so much more useful (for non vip's like me) if it didn't require a hk credit.

Does you HK status apply to bonus time? I am Unlimited HK. Does that apply?

I don’t think we know for sure yet because nobody who has unlimited HK has tested, but since the website just uses the current booking system and bonus time is just overlaid onto it as another option (in addition to renting points or using points), I’d say it’s reasonable to conclude that those with unlimited HK will not have to use an HK credit for bonus time. This also seems to line up with what Wyndham has published so far.

I did go far enough this time to get a definitive answer. It takes HK from account, and since I have UHK it just takes another HK.
