Club Wyndham Access, what is deeded?

After a presentation at Club Wyndham, my wife and I felt that the concept could work for us but, couldn’t see coughing up $30k since points are readily available for significantly less on various resale sites. We have questions regarding resales. Some advertise Club Wyndham Access as deeded and others do not. What is the difference? Do you have better access to the “deeded property”? Do you have access to the “deeded property” even if it is not in the CWA network? Thanks for the insight.

I believe the answer is "nothing." Wyndham retains ownership of the deeds, and sells membership in the Trust. Unlike Diamond's The Club or Marriott's Destination Club, the membership is transferable. However, ownership (and voting rights) are retained by the Trust.
