Some one ebay is selling Club Wyndham access points, does this work the same a regular Wyndham timeshare just without a home base? or is there anything i would need to be wary of?

If there is no deed, is something else in place to ensure that my points dont expire etc, is there a link to where i can get more information on Access points?

If the club remains solvent, then it should be alright. If it ever went bankrupt, I presume the underlying deeds in the Trust's hands would be sold to pay creditors. This happening is not real likely. It would be more likely the fees would just keep increasing. However, that is a risk with all timeshares.
