Hello,

Looking to take over a family members timeshare who is going through a divorce, but trying to figure out if it will be worth it for us.
Don’t have access to the login members page so thought I would ask here

have an r7 membership with 100,000 bi-yearly points. Looking to exchange the points for RCI points to stay at one week stays in 1bedroom in Dreams resorts in Mexico. How many points is the raintree to RCI for that points conversion?

do you know if you have to pay all inclusive fees are on top of the points?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
exchanging into AI's usually isn't a good deal unless they specifically are having specials and I don't know if Dreams ever does.
The exchange fee would be $249 The points would be 9,000-32,000 depending on date and resort. The mandatory AI fee would be around $2000-2500 for 2 for the week. You would always want to comparison shop to see if you can get a better deal elsewhere. I think raintree points convert 1 to 1 with rci points.

The Club Regina - Raintree resorts I'm Mexico are nice properties.
If you wish to visit them - the free TS could be something to consider

As @tschwa2 said - exchanging thru RCI into AI resorts is rarely the most cost effective option.
