1)what date are 2020 MF due ?
How many points - since most Club Regina contract are in points / Can points roll over into 2021 .

2 ) Is this a Club Regina RTU contract that ends in 2026 OR
is it a Raintree Club Regina contract that (likely) ends in 2046 ? but you get additional non- Mexican Raintree resort options.

MF due 1/31. They have a monthly payment plan. I’m not sure if that will work on a transfer. It should but can’t use time till it’s paid. It’s B shares. Expires in 2026. 35 points when deposited in RCI. Only good in Cancun puerto Vallarta and Cabo Raintree lets you roll 1 year so you get two years before you have to deposit or use. hope that helps.

That resort is one of my all-time fave exchanges to Mexico. If I lived on the West Coast I would grab it to use it, not to exchange!
