When we were at Club Regina in Los Cabos a couple years ago, the internet was available near the Inizio Restaurant and patio area. I believe they planned to put it in rooms but I do not know the current status. If you are a member or attend the timeshare presentation, I think the internet is free.
It is a great resort and we watched whales close to shore breach and play for about 15 minutes from the pool areas. Mother and baby together. It was awesome.

Hi. We spent 2 weeks @ Club Regina Los Cabos December 2010. WIFI was available in all units free of charge for members. We requested beachfront and our 1 bedroom was at the lower pool and the beach.
