Trying to move on from this property.

Was wondering if this resort was a sell or give away spot?

Any feedback is appreciated.
 
Years ago we owned there. The onsite management (maybe HOA?) put me in touch with someone who wanted to buy a week. I gave it away, the recipient paid the fees associated with the transfer. So, I would give them a call to see what they could facilitate.

Another idea is to search Facebook for an owners group to see if you could find someone who wants the week.
