Closing fees on a Marriott timeshare

Are there fees that Marriott will charge above what the closing company charges? Like transfer fees ROFR fees? If so, do you know what it costs?

Assuming you are buying a resale, Marriott charges $25 for the deed transfer and $95 for the ROFR waiver.
