We are getting ready to sell our two "every other year" weeks at the Sands of Kahana (SOK) on Maui. We've read the "How To Sell Your Timeshare" information on this web site. Trying to gather necessary information before we place a listing, as we want to be sure any prospective buyer(s) know up front what it'll cost them. How can we find out a good estimate of the total closing costs involved? There has to be more to it than the fees charge by closing agents - stuff like doc fees, title transfer fees, etc. Where can we get this info?

Janet @ JRA is great to work with and the price was reasonable IMO. Just finished up a tugger to tugger transaction and it went very smooth. :)
