Closing cost and escrow concerns when selling

I am listing my timeshare (worth little to nothing). What to expect for closing cost. Does escrow play a part?

Many tuggers use LT transfers to help with closing. I recently acquired one where I paid the closing fees and transfer fee (no escrow needed). Depends on the resort in some cases, what you are selling and where it is located.
