LT Transfers gets lots of praise here. I also like JRA Services a whole lot, although JRA is a bit more expensive. You don't need to look beyond those two, IMnsHO.

Thank can I access them both on the internet?

Yes, easily, in both instances. LT Transfers is located in GA, JRA Services in FL.

Depending on where the property is located, you might be better to go through a company located in the state where the property is. This may be more important for Hawaii and South Carolina. While the company that is mentioned on TUG often can still handle a transfer for just about any state they are going to also work with a company located in these states, so there may be extra charges.

Clarification: You do not have to use a closing company in Hawaii, but if you use escrow, you are supposed to use an escrow company licensed in Hawaii.

As far as I can tell, this is completely unenforced.
