Can’t delete the whole thread can I? Seems the closing company/eBay seller are confused on what they are selling me. It’s an EOY unit but points allotted annually as it’s internally exchanged. They seem to think it’s every other year but this system it’s given annually. Half of the information is incorrect but I’m rolling with it.

Sounds like a Massanutten 4 BR LO with an internal exchange set up to give you one 2 BR every year, but enrolled in RCI Points. I don’t believe the internal exchange is a deeded portion, so you might be able to opt out once it transfers and save the $50/year internal exchange fee. Might be worth calling Massanutten about (if I guessed right) and seeing if you can do that since you should be able to work around the points schedule.

This is what happens when sellers sell without a resort estoppels.

The estoppel she sent is correct in what is being sold but they think it’s something different. she put the wrong info on the RCI account form. It’s working out in my favor so I’m not saying much. The closing agent is confused as was the eBay seller listing it. I just don’t want the RCI account to be set up wrong. This is my first TS outside of Vistana, so it’s all new to me.
