They do. They just don't handle Hawaii escrow.

They handled our purchase of a Vistana WKORV week. Slightly more expensive than LT - but know what they are doing. Quick recording.

I guess things have changed. Here is the response I got back from them

Hello xxxx,

Unfortunately, we can no longer handle Hawaii Transactions that involve a sales price, even if buyers and sellers pay each other directly. We are only able to handle gifted transactions, family, or name changes. We would love to handle it for you but can not due to the Hawaiian Escrow laws. I do have a list of companies that cooperate in Hawaii that I will be glad to send to you. Hawaii is the only place that we are unable to handle escrow transactions.

With kind regards,
Mary

They are based in Florida. You now need a company based in Hawaii as far as I understand
This was in 2019 and after the escrow rule was in place. I think they have someone on the ground in Hawaii that can do escrow (we used escrow - so it worked somehow).

Looks like they need to update their website. It still indicates they handle Hawaii, just for a higher fee.
