I am looking for feedback on the above closing company which is based out of South Carolina as they would be the closing agent in a prospective purchase I am considering. Thanks!

Best experience I've ever had with a closing company! They closed a Marriott Grande Ocean purchase 2 months ago for me. It was quick, efficient and trouble-free.

If you Search (blue menu bar at top of window) for "Timeshare Closing Group" (in quotes), you will find a few attestations to their legitimacy. There was a scam, Timeshare Closing LLC of PA, brought up, which I presume tried to trade off their good name.
