Unless you need the ARP, it's not one of the cheap resorts to own at.
Not a cheap one to book either!
A note on the 4BR presidential - the living space in that unit is very much on the small side for what one would expect from a presidential unit. We had 7 people in it and it felt full - I would never want to be in it at the max occupancy of 12. If I had it to do again, I would get the 3BR pres which has almost the same layout, but one of the downstairs bedrooms becomes additional living space. If you've got fewer than 7 people, though, it would probably be fine. And the views are fantastic.I booked the four-bedroom presidential.

It’s 1889 square feet according to the website and the 14-15 directory. It may seem small but according to the directory, the area (2,263 sq. ft) is right in there with Bonnet Creek (2,244) and National Harbor (2,088-2,100). Largest 4BR unit I saw was at Governors' Green (2,813 sq. ft.). Perhaps poorly laid out?

Edit: We were talking about the 4BR pres at Seawatch, not Clearwater.
