InteresTed in people's experience with a new property. Clearwater is set to have 105 UDI rooms opening at Wyndham Grand hotel in 2017. When do they start selling developer points? When do they begin accepting reservations? Any benefit from developer purchase with a brand new property beside ARP? Curious as this is all new to me and love learning from all of your experiences. No I will not be buying developer points. Did that once. Resale going forward.
They may never sell developer points it could be all CWA or
When New York opened they sold bonnet creek points with reciprocal arp. I think you can buy New York points now
Or they may sell Clearwater points right from the beginning. If they do I'm guessing points values will be high and the mf rate to be low (like Canterbury)
They will probably open things up for reservations when they can accurately predict when construction will be complete
Bottom line is that we don't know the answer to any of your questions
