At our recent POA board meeting, a Bluegreen Rep announced that there will be a two year delay in construction of new timeshares at the top of the mountain. However logging will begin to remove oak wilt int he area.

they log that wood out on huge truck, Hovie gets a lot from Bluegreen (for example, the bulding that has the salon in it and all their used furniture to sell out of the top floor). He is not getting the firewood.
