My family of 4 (2 teens) will be spending our Christmas in Maui and I have most of the activities planned including zip line, kayak/snorkeling, and sunset sail. I am thinking watching a Luau or Ulalena on Christmas day. We did a Luau in Oahu PCC, so are not sure if I want to spend $100+/pp again.
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks,
Yvette

I think you might struggle to book a good luau for Christmas day this late in the game...

Christmas is crazy busy on the islands. I also doubt that you'll be able to book a luau for any night during the last 2 weeks of year this late in the game.

If you haven't made dinner reservations somewhere, you'd also better count on cooking in your villa.

I would stay at the Villa, enjoy Maui! What a great place to spend Christmas! Aloha!

Me too! I always find that when you plan activities for Christmas day then you basically "lose" Christmas. Try to plan a day like you'd have at home with your usual traditions.

We just did the 5-line Eco_Adventures zipline up on Haleakala about 3 weeks ago. The DW purchased it around Thanksgiving when Groupon was offering an additional 20% off: cost was $140 for 2. No climbing ropes or repelling.

All I can suggest is to have a Merry Christmas and enjoy your stay on the Island.
