Just curious,

I always see people giving away or selling cheap their Christie Lodge ownerships. I also see lots of availability for exchanges. Is there something wrong with the place? I know it's marketing, but from their website it seems like a nice property.

It's just old. And the interior is a bit funky. But it is in the center of Avon and close to everything.

It is a large resort with mostly one bedrooms. However, location is very good for ski vacation at Beaver Creek and Vail. Right on bus line.

They only have 1BR's and 3BR's with large majority being 1BR's. The 1BR's are small with a funky floorplan and fees are high for what you get. Neither the 1BR or 3BR have a full kitchen which I find to be strange. It's right on Interstate 70 and could be kind of loud, depending on the room you get.
