Choice Privileges BG discount?

What has changed. I used to go to Choice from the BG website and it would automatically show a BG discount as one of my choices.
It no longer does. But in the BG site it shows that we have a Choice Privilege account linked.

Why is the Choice site not recognizing our BG status?
