We exchanged through II into the Marriott Grand Chateau for a week in December. We will be going with friends but they will be arriving about 8 hours before us. Is it possible for them to check in before we arrive. This is our first exchange so I am not sure how it works.

Each resort handles it differently. Call and ask the resort. The phone number is on the II confirmation.
