Since it appears almost all resorts in the Caribbean (outside of Marriott) are mandatory all inclusive for an Interval exchange. does anyone know if any are reasonably priced? I’m open to the idea but so far they seem ridiculously overpriced on interval.. thanks!!

This is pretty common and I did do a video about it on my channel. Basically in my opinion they are rarely ever a good deal. Right now during COVID you may see some that are offering better mandatory AI prices, but not likely. Quite often you will see these same weeks you see in exchange available in getaways for a couple hundred dollars. Sometimes during Platinum Escapes sales that II runs, they will be priced at $49 for a week. Many of them aren't even timeshares but just the same all inclusive resorts you can book online. You are better to just go through travel agent or booking website to book an all inclusive and keep your timeshare week for a better more economical use. It will likely be cheaper too.

Thank you for the reply! I was looking at using a certificate. I definitely wouldn’t use a week. Appreciate your help!

Makes sense. You would want to do the actual math then and compare it to some other sites or TA to see if it is saving you anything. In most cases you will find you can do better outside of II.
