Chase bonvoy card incentives?

I get an email a day from Chase to refer a friend to Chase Bonvoy. The app also shows a refer and friend offer.

The ones I see generally offer 20,000 points for each referral that gets the card, with a cap of 100,000 points per year. The one thing to watch for is that the offers for the person signing up for the card are usually different than those available to them by going directly to the Chase site. I always make that clear so that they can choose the one that is best for them even if I miss out on the bonus points.
