Channel Islands Shores High Season Santa Rosa Unit-Free

We have moved away from the Los Angeles area and would like to give away our Channel Islands Shores Santa Rosa high season unit. It is a great place to go for a week at the beach most times of the year. All fees and taxes are paid to date. Open to all offer. Thanks.

The unit is a 2BR, 1.5Bath, which sleeps 6, and many of the units have a hot tub on the porch. The unit is a floating high season unit which can generally be booked 52 weeks in advance and is available for 9-10 months of the year. The resort is rated 4.5 stars on Trip Advisor. You can see a lot more about the place there, and read the reviews. Thanks.

P.P.S. One of the best parts of owning this unit is that Ventura County, CA does not charge any annual real estate tax for the unit.

If you don't find a taker I might be interested in renting your unit. Do you have next Summer reserved yet? If not you should probably snap up the best week you can and add that to your offer for give-away.

I'm still not sure which 9-10 months this timeshare can book. Could you book any week in Jun-Aug period?

One of the reasons why we liked this unit so much is that I could generally book a week in July or August each year to spend at the beach. I do plan to do that again for next year and have that week available to go with this unit, if anyone is interested. The time frame for booking this unit each year I believe is February through November but I will verify and let you know this week. Jim
