Changees in amount of points to rent at Greensprings

Hi everyone,
I recently (about a week ago) booked a 2 bedroom at Greensprings. When I first did the search from June 1 to June 8th it showed 7150 points for the week, but if I rented from May 31st to June 7th it was only 1625 points. So I booked the 1625. Today I decided I should reserve another room for the same dates and use it for a rental; because it was such a small amount of points I figured I would have no problem renting it at a great point to rent ratio. Well, when I went online to book it, now it shows 6500 points for May 31st to June 7th.
Does anyone understand this?
