Changed a reservation online last night

While this wasn't what I'd consider optimal, it at least allowed me to avoid having to call Marriott during business hours. We decided to stop going to Ocean Pointe in Nov and decided to switch back to December trips. There wasn't an option to just cancel the existing reservation and make a new reservation or, to just change the dates. I had to E-mail my request to Marriott. I did this around midnight last night and by this morning the reservaion had been changed.

Like I said, IMHO not the optimal way to handle an online request but it was effective. At this point I'm still not seeing any online option, other than E-mail, to make changes and certainly not to search using DC points like I have with Hilton and Diamond Resorts. Still, for me this option was better than trying to call and/or being put on hold during normal business hours.
