Change Resort - can this be done online

I have a reservation that I'm considering moving to a different resort. I can't see how to do this online. Is it possible or do I have to call in?

Yes, you can do it online by yourself. When you click on my reservations > change reservations > on bottom left > choose change resort:

I just jumped ship about a week pre-stay from Las Palmeras to Tuscany Village. Easy like Sunday Morning, and we were THRILLED with the change!

That being said, it did take me a few looks to figure out where the “change resort” option was as well.
