Casitas Royale Exchange - Room Type

I'm debating whether or not I should exchange for a week at Casitas Royal or book directly through Casitas. I will save some money off of the basic cost since the AI fee is discounted a little as an introductory offer. My biggest question is what type of casita room will I end up with and will I be able to upgrade once there to a swim out room. If not, then I may book directly through their website instead of trading a week.

Any help from anyone with experience the would help.
