Can a 2bd Lockoff be deposited as two 1 bedroom units in II.

If the smaller side has a kitchen, then yes. If it is a true studio, then you can deposit one 1 bedroom and one studio (efficiency). I'm not familiar with the Cascades LO units, but in any case, you can deposit two units of whatever size they are.

Actually, if the smaller side has a separate bedroom you can deposit it with II as a 1 bdm.

The smaller side does in fact have it's own bedroom and kitchenette.

I thought it has to have a kitchen (not just kitchenette). Meaning it has to have a 4 burner stove and dishwasher to qualify also?! Where is Pat (grayfal)? She is the queen of this info.

Kath - Here is the description of the SDO small 1 bedroom kitchen:

Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, bar sink, dishwasher and microwave cookware

It qualifies as a 1 bdm...and you have deposited one as a 1 bdm!

Sorry, when I said kitchenETTE, I meant a SMALL kitchen. At Vistana in Cascades, they definitely do have a 4 burner cook top, microwave/convection oven, dish washer, large fridge, etc, etc. I hve stayed in these units many times.
