Not sure if anyone can help, but we own a timeshare at the imperial fiesta club Casa Maya. When we call there’s no one that speaks English, which is fine but we would like to make a reservation we own this timeshare for many years and we always send the checks for the updates, but no one else can help us. Is there a number that we can call to make a reservation for our timeshare? I would love some help if someone could help us thank you.

I own there as well and have several weeks that we have already paid the maintenance fee for . We had received the letter, now several years back, that the resort was undergoing renovations and would be closed down for awhile during renovations. It appears that the resort will be going “all inclusive “ under the Melia label. Melina Casa Maya. The fact that it was not all inclusive was why it was attractive in the first place. I have not received any update in quite a while. My ownership ends in 2025. Does anyone have an update?

I’m going to try to communicate to someone under that new name thank you and will tell you what I find out. We continue to pay the maintenance fees, but then can’t get into make a reservation.
