Casa Dorada Medano Beach - fixed or floating units?

Quick question about this property - I liked it when we went to Cabo and would like to purchase a two bedroom for us to use in the winter. Perhaps an owner can help clarify - are these units float or fixed? I see most advertised as fixed, but some are advertised as float, I am wondering if that's an error or they sold both types? Thanks for any advice.

Fixed or Float

If you buy an "old" membership you can get either fixed or floating weeks at the resort. The "new" system is the points system

Thanks both for the replies. So far it seems to be they are selling three types of memberships - fixed weeks, floating regular weeks where you have to pay the maintenance fees whether you use it or not, and floating "VIP" weeks where you pay only if you use. It seems a very convoluted system, and I have no clue how hard it would be to book a peak season week using a floating week.
