We had a wonderful weekend at Massanutten on a promotional tour. Two free nights in the onsite hotel, four free tickets to the waterpark. Of course we sat through a presentation but the kids were at the waterpark and we joined them later.
We turned down all offers, but the last closer said, "If I offer you a week for $5000 and $100 annual maintenance fees, would you buy it?"
We were incredulous and said yes. Then he said, "It's really $114."
I replied, "Then it's a triennial." (From all my research here on TUG etc. YAY)
So he knew I knew my stuff and gave up. But he had written down and said it would be 5 weeks in 3 years at Casa. That makes no sense. Even 3 weeks in 5 years is off. I figured it is probably a 2 BR lockoff, but does anyone know what he was talking about? We didn't have the patience to sit there another 10 minutes to find out.

I know they were throwing their "bonus" weeks around a lot. When they gave me the same pitch, I believe they were referring to bonus weeks in some of the older units.
