The library at my college is undergoing a massive renovation. They are using commercial carpet tiles in some areas. They look alot better than what I thought they would and the installation is fast. They are using glue to install but it doesn't have any odor.

Does anyone have any experience with carpet tiles? I have a couple of kids bedrooms that could use new carpet and the tiles look like they may be a solution.

Some of the carpet tiles in my office building are popping loose (3 years old). You can see the seams. They would probably be a negative for resale value, if that is a consideration.
