I stayed there on an exchange 4 years ago it’s in the heart of everything right on the beach and a bonus was I saw a SpaceX launch and a wedding from the beach. The doors actually had old fashioned room keys. I do not think they were elevators but I could be wrong on that last part. There were a couple of supermarkets in the area and I enjoyed visiting the Brevard zoo in Melbourne. It has an outdoor pool ,easy check-in checkout ,no issues. It’s not as fancy as a Marriott but it was quite fine. The week that I went and seen that a lot of people went for the weekend only as they can also book a hotel room. The timeshare units are different than the hotel rooms and the overall cost to stay there a night was less than my maintenance fee divided by seven days stay for my Marriott . The rates may have changed since I stayed there. The resort reviews at that time were good and the main attraction for me was the beach and it was an hour drive from the Orlando airport.
