Car Rental in Cancun

We always rent a car when we go to Cancun. The last few years we have been using Avis or Hertz. In November we did not have a great experience with Hertz, there was an issue with the qualitY of the car. Has anyone used Budget or National lately? Their prices seem less. Any other recommendations as we are going in Feb and April. Thank you in advance.
