Anybody have any geat ideas for rates.
Our guests are camping with us and that expands the normal economy car size we get, any good deals out there?? Plus the extra driver fees.,

If you are a Costco member, check rates through the Travel portion of their web site. We are paying $222 for a week with a mid-sized car - but that is the total after all taxes and charges after a $150 base rental rate, with Enterprise.

DRI: The Point at Poipu, 3 deeded weeks, 1 of which is in The Club.
We used Hotwire.com to get a compact from National for $12.95/day ($168/week with all the fees and taxes). I wish I could find anything close to that on Maui.

Book a car rental such as Hertz, Thrifty, & Dollar and get your confirmation number. Log into autoslash.com and enter your confirmation number and email address.

I received an email within 24 hrs that both reservations that I have for next week in Maui and Kauai dropped $100 total. Made a new reservation through Autoslash for Hertz and used the confirmation number on the Hertz website to verify the new reservation and price.

Maui: Nov 18 - 26 $219.39 includes all fees Chevy Aveo or similiar
Kauai: Nov 26 - 3 $141.00 includes all fees Nissan Versa or similiar

I was able to get a midsize on Kauai for a week starting on Thanksgiving for $135 including taxes, using contract 5028683 and coupon ND8578ADT at National. I'm Executive Elite, so I'll get to pick any car they have on the Executive Aisle.

We'll be on the Big Island for a little over two weeks after that. I wasn't able to find as good of a deal, but booked a minivan for about $650 for 15 days.
