Parking guaranteed for 1 car but during week day stays they sometimes have additional parking and there is street parking in the area and a paid lot about a block away.

Maximum occupancy is 6. There is a king bed in 1 br, a queen bed in BR #2 and a queen sleeper.

This is a small boutique resort that is managed by Capital Resorts group. I am a points member. There are only 5 units. There is a restaurant on the premises. This is less than 25 minutes from the Portland Maine Airport.
