I am thinking about buying a one bedroom week at the Capistrano Surfside Inn. I will use it primarily for trading in RCI and maybe SFX. Are any owners aware of any special assessments coming up or being thought about? I think it is managed by VRI. Have they maintained adequate reserves for improvements or will I (all owners) be hit in the near future with assessments or big increases to MFs? Anything else I should know about in weighing whether to purchase a week at this resort? Thanks. Tim
