Planning a trip for September to Phoenix area. I can get either a studio at CV or a 1 bedroom at SDO. Haven't stayed at either. Opinions?

I always take a 1 bedroom over a studio unless the 1 bedroom is in a really poor resort. I woudln't consider Sheraton a poor resort so, I'd take the 1 bedroom.

We haven't stayed at either resort, but did visit CV. Nice resort and you get access to the JW Marriott across the street. That is a beautiful property including an unbelievable pool area. We hope to stay at CV some time. However, being in a studio does make a difference.

I am going to cv sunday for 2 weeks, one of my favorites, that is a tough call, kitchen is hard to overcome, but I really like CV. If its an exchange, I am betting a 1br for CV will show up for september

Own at Canyon Villas and have stayed at Sheraton Desert Oasis. Hands down Canyon Villas. To me it is a much cleaner and in a more attravtive area. Hope that this helps!
