I paid my current maintenance fee (for my 2022 week) and went to the website to book some other properties. I was able to waitlist for a date in December, but was unable to book a week in January that shows available on the website. Instead I get a "you have no points" error message. Of course this is wrong because I already paid the fees for next year's points (my week is 13 months away).
Is this a known website glitch? Do I have to wait 20 minutes on the phone and pay Hyatt to make the reservation offline?
