I am within my five day period and I’m overnighting a letter to Wyndham today to cancel my contract along with a copy of the contract. Anything else that I need or should do to make sure that this thing gets canceled? Anyone I should follow up with?

You should send the recision letter via USPS return receipt requested so you have proof Wyndham received the letter. It doesn’t need to be sent overnight, it just has to be postmarked within your recision period. The return receipt is the only way you have proof they received the letter.

Make sure all original signers have also signed the recission letter.

You should also return any promotional items that came with the sale (not the gimmes for attending the pitch, just anything they gave you when you signed, like in some systems a buyer is given a tablet). You can do that in a separate mailing.

Be sure to keep all copies. Be sure to send to the rescission address, not the sales office. To track TUG rescission savings, mind sharing how much you saved with rescission? As half of tuggers initially bought developer/retail TS, there is no shame.

Great decision. Wyndham is a great product for some of us who like specific resorts and resale is cheaper and saves a lot of money. I would love for you to share what you were purchasing and how much you were paying before your smart decision to rescind.

The context was for 15k fir 77points and 1 154 PIC. We were told that by doing this all 600k points would be considered as purchased points. That is not the case
