Hi I'm in my first year of ownership with 2 resale contracts. I noticed I haven't seen a withdrawal in my cc account in a while and went onto payments and 1 contract says canceled under status. I manually put a payment through and it took the payment but nothing has changed and no new statements have come out in months. In my wyndham account page all points are still there and everything seems fine. Is this a glitch I have had auto pay on the whole time and up until may it was fine and no missed payments notifications have ever come.

If it were me I would proactively sort this out.
Yeah, I’d call. They’ll catch it eventually and you dont want your account frozen.

I plan to but just seeing if this is a common occurrence. I don't understand how that can happen with auto pay on.

They are inept. The trade off owning Wyndham. Great resorts, with great resort staff, terrible back end management and IT.

How many months of payments were missed? I have heard in the past if you have a converted fixed week and they drop it from the program for non payment, they will not automatically reinstate it. You would have to go through the process of getting it re-enrolled in the points system. While it may have been a problem on their end, they still consider it your responsibility to make sure it is being kept up to date, calling in or doing one time payments online. I think anything more than 2 months will trigger that kind of response and it could take months to get it re-converted to points. If the payment problem was on your end, for example a credit card that expired and you didn't replace it with a valid one, they may refuse to convert it back to points completely and you now own a non points fixed week and would still have to pay the fees to get it back up to date.

You are going to have to call owners services to see about getting it straightened out.

Maybe related/similar to what's posted here -- issues with Paymentus?

My account is messed up (showing past due when it's not) - my comments are in that post (I am still showing past due, I'll be following up tomorrow if it's still broken).

See I have the opposite problem. No attempts to process auto pay but no notifications or emails saying I'm late. It's said I owe $0 on the last 2 statements I got back in May and June. I still did manual payments but nothing changes. My wyndam account page says everything is fine.

Last payment I sent out was July but on the account main page it's stuck saying 0.00 due in May. On the stamina I got for may it has my April payment and $0.00 owed for may. That's where it stopped updating and all statements before that are normal and paid so no missed payments up to that point. Then I noticed in July no withdrawal for June so I did one which went through but nothing updated.
