where can I make an appointment? I don’t want to call and then get forwarded to the sales rep. Unfortunately I’m in the same boat as OP as I signed yesterday around 5pm. Sure enough now I’m trying to rescind. Currently talked to my credit card company to dispute or withhold the funds. Thank you for any help!
I’ll tell you what I did to cancel and get full refund. (Still pending the refund)
i showed up at the resort at 9am to the front gate and told them I was here to discuss about my contract. (Try not to mention you want to cancel the member to the guy at the gate.) The gate person called someone from member service and then he passed me the phone and they guy from member service asked what I wanted to discuss. I told him I wanted to cancel my contract. He asked if I had a appointment, I told him no he said give him a minute to find a specialist in canceling contracts. 2 mins later he said he was going to tell the gate guy to give me “access” to go to the same place I signed the contract.
Going to keep this part short and important details.
I get to the same sales office there. They tried telling me sell me a better package I said NO to ALL of the offers. I just wantedto cancel contract and get a FULL refund. They will keep trying to tell you you can’t and keeptelling them you want it and it is possible since you are within your 5 day time frame. They will say tjere Will be fines and lawyers fees, tell them you don’t care and will pay it you want a full refund and cancel contract. So after all that, they saidhad me email a person there to send them a email for cancellation request with my contract number and total amount to have something in writing from them. As they said since it’s the weekend they can process it until Monday. I got aresponse of them confirmation receipt of cancellation request and they will send me documents to sign with in 72hours to sign and return for them to process my refund within 5 business days.
I’m still iffy about this last part so I’m going to try to send something to the resort and cc por deco or just keep the email they sent me confirming the cancellation as Proof as I don’t want it to pass the 5 days.
