Cancel RCI Extra Vacation

Does anyone know if you get a partial refund if you cancel an RCI extra vacation week a few months prior to start date?

I looked at the RCI Disclosure Document for weeks and it did not address Extra Vacation weeks. However, I was surprised that for cancellation of exchanges, you are entitled to any refund of exchange fees beyond the first 24-hrs of confirmation. Does RCI refund partial fees if cancelled prior to 6 months, etc?

Extra vacations have a prorated refund schedule. I don't recall the exact amounts, but after 24 hours you lose at least $50 - the system won't let me view or print my confirmations, so I can't look it up right now, but we reserved 4 EVs during the October promotion for $199.
