Can you log on to RCI through HGVC?

I keep getting this error when I click RCI Reservation from HGVC website. This is happening for few days already. Is it only my issue?

Yes, I'm able to log into RCI thru HGVC portal using Google Chrome

Thanks. I will have to call hgvc to see why I can't log in the RCI. I tried firefox, chrome and explorer. They all didn't work.
