I am wanting to be able to go on 2 weeks vacation each year at a high end resort. I live in Orlando FL and dont care about my home resort. Can someone tell me what kind of deal I should be looking for. I found this one on Ebay and was wondering if this is a very good deal or not? http://www.ebay.com/itm/640-000-PTS...30574278821?pt=Timeshares&hash=item1e66d560a5

I assume to get a 2 or 3 bedroom for 2 weeks, it would take about 5 - 6 hundread thousand points.
Thanks

To get an accurate estimate you may want to post a little more about where you would like to travel and how flexible you are. Once you purchase a time share and register with an exchage company you will be able to get some last minute deals. I suspect that there are resorts that you could own at that would give you excellent trade value for much less than 3K in MF a year. You have to make sure that Wyndham points are going to fit where you want to go.

Keep reading and asking questions. Maybe post on the Buying, Selling, Renting area for more input.
