Does anyone know if you can cancel an existing weeks reservation and then book a new reservation on mystarcentral? They are closed now and I need to change a reservation to be able to check in tonight. Thanks for any info you can provide.
Wow! I saw that there was a replace to request a cancellation, but I assumed it would take until at least the next business day. I didn't realize it was immediate!
It's kind of amazing that you can do a cancellation in real time but to put a guest name on a reservation you have to call in or it takes about 48 hrs to do it online.

I just called the resort directly to put a guest's name on the reservation that started tonight after owner services was closed. I wish Marriott would offer the ability to change a reservation on their website.
