instead of purchasing one large point contract, could I purchase several smaller ones with the intent of not using my week but instead convert them all to one large point amount?
Is this feasible?

Yes. You would want the weeks close together. I have two 1880 point weeks. A week 26 and a week 29. Now I have 3760 points to use as of last week

Buy into any of the Colorado clubs (DEEDED!!) and you get a second set of points of all most equal value to your Home resort points. Your week you purchase and then the second set of floating points are posted to your account on SEP 1st each year. That spacing might not work for what you may have in mind however. Depends what you do have in mind ! i.e if you want to allways use them at a particular club, then you should bay at that club !

However, Colorado maintenace fees are fairy high compared to other clubs , but you are getting a total of around 17 days at the Colorado clubs for it. i.e. Breckenridge probably has the lowest maitenance fees of the 4 Colorado clubs. I get just a bit under 6000 points total for my 3 bedroom Platnium week unit each year for a maintencce fee of $4727 each year. i.e last year anyway. Since the home week times at these clubs is very valuable and if you don't intend to use them in Colorado then you may be better off buying where ever you get the best cost per point and / or maintenace fee cost per point.

Thats my take on it anyway just FYI.
