CAN WE SHOWER YET?

“They said a mask and gloves were enough to go to the grocery store. They lied. Everyone else had clothes on.”

If you are sheltering in place with others, a daily shower is required. We even gave the dog a bath yesterday because she's part of this quarantine too! No smellies allowed!

I sure hope so. Being quarantined at home, taking a shower has become one of our most enjoyable actvities. If California puts a shower restriction in place (to save water), we're really in trouble.

The use of the plural form is noted.......

Maybe all the TP hoarders grabbed Charmin and believe their heiny is clean?

Showering is required. However, shaving has become an optional activity for me...
Speaking of which, The current 'style' (or lack thereof) of several days' stubble on men, is plumb tacky! If you can grow a 'good' well filled-in and not scraggly growth of facial hair, OK. But if the thing is patchy and partly your hair color and partly gray, either color the gray or wait until the whole thing is snow white and grow it out to look 'distinguished'.

JMNSHO, Jim

Oh, I don't know.... there can be some quite sexy stubble. Not sure why multi-colored would be a problem.

I don't color my hair, I sure wouldn't ask a guy to color his beard, let alone stubble!

To each his own. You do You.

I shower ... but sorry, not going to color my hair (what's left) or my "scraggly" beard

I love water so much I think I was a mermaid in a former life. Start the day with the hot 30 minute shower and end of the day with a relaxing deep soaker tub bath. Thankfully water is cheap and plentiful where I live.

Much to the chagrin of my wife. She has a big problem as I could not shave for a couple weeks due to facial surgery. Now of course it is pure laziness.

I had very long hair in the 70’s, as I’m sure some of you guys did. I actually had an afro, although I am caucasian. My daughter laughs at the pictures of me from that time. If this lasts much longer she may not have to look at the old pictures to get a good laugh!

@TUGBrian @Makai Guy @Karen G - so after dealing with the political outbursts over the past few days, come on in here for a walk on the wild (and woolly) side!

We shower every day- or at a minimum every other day. Once per week we use the shower in the other bathroom to keep the pipes lubricated and for a change of scenery. LOL!

There's that plural form again -!
That's how couples stay together!
